Welcome to the Jail Information Network ("JIN", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service and Privacy Policy govern your access to and use of jinnetwork.com and all associated routing terminals, intelligence directories, and digital products (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or utilizing our routing services, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not access the Platform.

JIN operates strictly as a centralized intelligence and routing hub. We aggregate public facility data, verify professional credentials, and provide routing to authorized third-party vendors. We are fully compliant with state and federal data protection regulations regarding the transmission of public facility data.

We collect information to provide better routing and verification services to all our users. The types of data we collect depend on how you interact with our Platform:

Account & Registration Data

• Public Users: Name, email address, and encrypted passwords.
• Professionals (Attorneys/Bondsmen): State Bar Numbers, licensing documentation, business addresses, and verified identification.

Support Data

Information submitted via our Open Support Ticket system is retained strictly for customer service resolution and internal quality assurance. This data is not sold or transferred to external agencies.

JIN uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Platform and hold certain information. Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier.

We strictly do not sell your personal data or browsing habits to third-party marketing agencies. Tracking is used exclusively to maintain session security, ensure the accuracy of the Global Routing Terminal, and analyze platform traffic to improve user experience.

Professionals utilizing the JIN Directory to solicit clients must adhere to their respective State Bar Association's rules of professional conduct regarding advertising and solicitation.

JIN reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any professional profile if a practitioner's license is suspended, revoked, or if they are found to be violating state solicitation laws via our platform messaging systems.

The "Send Money" and "Jail Call Solutions" portals act as directional intelligence routing engines. JIN does not process financial transactions for commissary deposits or telecommunications.

By clicking a routing link to a third-party vendor (e.g., JPay, Securus, ViaPath), you acknowledge that you are leaving the JIN Platform. We bear no liability for transaction failures, dropped calls, or disputes arising from your relationship with these independent state-contracted vendors.
